Quality Pro Services is a fast-growing, customer-focused company dedicated to delivering high-quality home service solutions. We take pride in helping homeowners improve comfort, efficiency, and peace of mind—and we’re looking for a motivated Comfort Advisor to join our team. The Role
As a Comfort Advisor, you’ll meet with homeowners to assess their needs and provide customized solutions that improve comfort and performance. This is a high-impact, customer-facing role for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and closing sales with integrity. What You’ll Do
- Meet with pre-qualified homeowners to evaluate comfort needs
- Perform in-home consultations and system assessments
- Present tailored solutions and explain options clearly
- Provide accurate estimates and financing options
- Close sales and consistently hit performance goals
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Collaborate with installation and service teams for seamless execution
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven sales ability or willingness to learn and be coached
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to build trust and educate customers without pressure
- Experience in HVAC or home services is a plus (but not required)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Competitive compensation (BASE + commission opportunities)
- $1,500 sign on bonus
