As a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist, this full-time remote position will manage and optimize paid media campaigns across various platforms, lead client growth strategies, and mentor team members while driving performance excellence. Key responsibilities: Develop, launch, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across search, social, display, video, and programmatic platforms Analyze campaign performance to identify optimization opportunities and improve key metrics Mentor team members and contribute to the development of standard operating procedures and workflow improvements Required qualifications: 4-6+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn Advanced understanding of campaign strategy, audience targeting, and optimization techniques Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and develop actionable recommendations Experience with campaign tracking, Google Tag Manager, and troubleshooting data collection issues Bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field
