Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days remote) Employment Type: Full-Time Opportunity Overview Our client is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to join their growing marketing team. This role will focus on developing, executing, and improving digital marketing initiatives that increase engagement, strengthen customer relationships, and drive measurable business results. The ideal candidate is a well-rounded digital marketer with experience managing campaigns across multiple channels, strong email marketing expertise, and a background using marketing automation and analytics to optimize performance. This position is best suited for someone who enjoys owning campaigns from concept through execution, testing new strategies, analyzing results, and finding ways to continuously improve marketing effectiveness. Responsibilities Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across email, web, paid channels, and other digital platforms. Manage email marketing initiatives including campaign creation, audience segmentation, automation, testing, and optimization. Build and maintain automated marketing workflows to support customer engagement and retention. Partner with internal teams to develop campaign strategies, messaging, and creative direction. Create targeted marketing communications based on audience needs, behaviors, and business goals. Monitor campaign results and provide recommendations to improve performance. Analyze engagement metrics, conversion data, and campaign trends to identify opportunities for improvement. Develop and implement testing strategies to improve campaign effectiveness. Support ongoing improvements to marketing processes, technology, and workflows. Manage multiple campaigns and projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, campaign management, lifecycle marketing, or a related field. Strong background in email marketing, marketing automation, and digital campaign execution. Experience using marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Adobe Journey Optimizer, or similar tools. Experience analyzing campaign performance and using data to guide marketing decisions. Understanding of audience segmentation, customer journeys, and digital engagement strategies. Strong written communication skills with the ability to create clear and compelling marketing content. Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Preferred Experience Experience managing both B2B and B2C marketing campaigns. B2C marketing experience strongly preferred. Experience with customer lifecycle marketing, retention campaigns, or engagement programs. Background supporting complex organizations with multiple audiences or business lines. Experience with CRM platforms, marketing analytics, and campaign reporting. Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion optimization strategies.
