Job Summary

Canvas Beauty Bar is looking for a friendly, polished receptionist to join our team! For over 10 years, we've been Boone's destination for a high-end salon experience — and our front desk sets the tone for every guest who walks through our doors.

As our receptionist, you'll be the first face our guests see and the first voice they hear. You'll greet clients as they arrive, manage appointment bookings, answer phone calls, and make sure every guest feels genuinely taken care of from check-in to check-out. The ideal candidate has a warm, welcoming presence, excellent communication skills, is comfortable with computers and scheduling software, and thrives in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly as they arrive at the salon
• Answer phone calls and manage appointment scheduling
• Help maintain a clean, inviting, and on-brand front-of-house space
• Provide attentive customer service and anticipate guest needs throughout their visit
• Support stylists and the broader team to keep the day running smoothly

Qualifications

• Two or more years of customer service experience preferred
• Previous receptionist or front-desk experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills with a strong customer-service focus
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Comfortable with computers and scheduling software
• Strong multitasking abilities in a busy environment
