Pet Care Clinic of the High Country is looking for an energetic, compassionate, and organized Veterinary Receptionist / Client Service Representative to join our incredible team. Our CSRs are the heart of the clinic. From creating a welcoming experience for clients and patients to helping keep the hospital running smoothly, this role is so much more than answering phones. We're proud of our supportive, collaborative culture and are looking for someone who brings positivity, teamwork, and compassion to every interaction.

What You'll Do

• Welcome clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
• Answer phones and schedule appointments efficiently
• Assist with check-in, check-out, and client communication
• Help maintain an organized and efficient front desk
• Support the veterinary team in delivering exceptional patient care
• Assist clients with questions, appointment needs, and general hospital information
• Maintain accurate records and support daily hospital operations
