Associate Specialist, Value Stream Cryo Operations

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks an Associate Specialist for cryopreservation operations at its CAR T manufacturing facility in Summit, NJ. The role manages patient materials storage, inventory control, and liquid nitrogen equipment while maintaining GMP compliance and supporting production schedules on an alternating Wednesday-Saturday shift.

Responsibilities

Process, store, transfer, and dispose of patient materials following cryopreservation protocols
Maintain sample tracking, chain of custody, and inventory records in compliance with GMP requirements
Execute batch records and documentation according to standard operating procedures
Manage liquid nitrogen storage inventory and support daily cryopreservation logistics
Support investigations, deviations, and corrective action closure activities

Requirements

Bachelor's degree, or Associate/Medical Technical degree with 0-2 years manufacturing experience
High School diploma/GED with 2-4 years manufacturing or operations experience
Knowledge of cGMP and FDA-regulated environments
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Experience with inventory control and material tracking systems
Technical writing capability and basic mathematical skills

Compensation: $31.90 - $38.65 per hour
