Director of Social Media

Creative and hands-on, the full-time Director of Social Media will design, produce, and publish engaging content across various platforms while collaborating with the Managing Director of Social Media to execute channel strategies and drive audience growth in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Design and produce original content from concept to published post across multiple social media platforms Film and edit video content optimized for each channel's format and audience Monitor trends and performance data to inform content creation and strategy adjustments Required qualifications 4+ years of experience creating social content with a strong portfolio of original work Hands-on video production and editing skills using tools like CapCut or Premiere Deep understanding of social media platforms and trends, particularly in short-form video Proven track record of growing engagement and following on at least one social media channel Strong copywriting skills and ability to craft platform-native content
