Salary: $95,000 - $130,000 + Bonus
Location: 100% onsite

Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Manager :
• Evaluate and improve costing methodologies and system effectiveness
• Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for cost accounting enhancements
• Partner with operations to analyze cost performance and identify improvement opportunities
• Lead ERP cost structure alignment and system optimization
• Mentor and develop a team of cost analysts
Qualifications for the Accounting Manager :
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (CMA preferred or in progress)
• Strong background in cost accounting within a manufacturing environment
• Experience improving costing systems, processes, or ERP functionality
• Proven ability to lead or mentor others within an accounting or finance team
