Mitarbeiter Remote Service / Tech Support (m/w/d) MIWE service Optimaler Service am Kunden ist der Grundstein für eine lange und zufriedene Geschäftsbeziehung. Gemeinsam mit Ihren Teamkollegen nehmen Sie sich aller Belange unserer Kunden an und beraten hinsichtlich Lösungen zur Optimierung ihrer Prozessabläufe. Unsere Anforderungen und Wünsche: Erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung z.B. Elektroniker/Mechatroniker/ Industriemechaniker (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung, Zusatzausbildung als IT-Kaufmann von Vorteil Interesse an technisch erklärungsbedürftigen Produkte und technischen Sachverhalten Erfahrung im Remote Service und in der Betreuung komplexer IT Asset-Management Lösungen Erfahrung in der Durchführung von IT- Schulungen Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office sowie SAP Idealerweise gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Ihr persönliches Aufgabengebiet: Kommunikation mit Kunden, Servicetechnikern, Servicepartnern und MIWE Fachabteilungen Remote-Unterstützung bei der Vernetzung (IBN, Upgrade und Support) Remote-Support bei der Instandsetzung von Anlagen Technische Vorqualifizierung von Service-Einsätzen Störungsbehebung aus der Ferne Klärung von technischen Fragestellungen Durchführung von Remote-Dienstleistungen Was Ihre Persönlichkeit ausmacht: Sie sind flexibel, kommunikativ und haben Durchsetzungsvermögen Sie arbeiten produktiv im Team und organisieren gerne Sie mögen die Abwechslung und übernehmen gerne Verantwortung Bereitschaft für Mehrarbeit (Samstagsarbeit, Rufbereitschaft) #J-18808-Ljbffr MIWE Michael Wenz GmbH
