Client Services Specialist - On-site Madison, WI

Client Services Specialist role managing ongoing sample programs and customer relationships for a food testing laboratory. The position involves serving as a primary client contact, coordinating testing requests, and supporting proposal development in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned clients and manage daily sample program communications
• Onboard new clients and provide SampleKinect training and system orientation
• Process and coordinate client requests for testing, retesting, investigations, and modifications
• Support quote, proposal, and RFI development alongside Client Managers
• Organize conference calls and facilitate communication between clients and internal departments

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in science, business, or related field; or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years food testing, customer service, or business experience
• Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly Excel and Word
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in scientific or logistics environments preferred
• Knowledge of SFDC or NIMS software applications preferred
