Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health histories and needs thoroughly, utilizing tools such as structured interviews and standardized diagnostic measures.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focusing on promoting personal growth and emotional resilience, adjusting strategies based on ongoing client feedback and progress.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), to assist clients in overcoming trauma and gaining coping skills.

• Work collaboratively with clients to establish therapeutic objectives and closely monitor their journey toward personal and relational healing.

• Provide teletherapy options to accommodate clients with challenges accessing in-person services, ensuring equitable care for all.

• Maintain detailed and ethical documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in adherence to HIPAA standards.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual compensation for this position falls within the range of USD 80,000 to 100,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
