This particular role will focus on high volume, quick turnaround projects to include direct mail, email, landing page revisions and out-of-home (OOH) advertising. As a Manager, you will not only help develop and execute the plans that allow our teams to create exciting work, but will also supervise junior project managers and oversee large programs of work. To succeed, you will need to be a creative advocate, strive to be proactive, have a passion for technology, maintain a deep project management toolkit, and exercise excellent communication skills.Day to day, your role will include:Collaborate and lead complex cross-capability projects and integrated program managementLead client discussions on project plans to ensure the client understands project flow and due dates needed to meet end goalsProduce top-down and bottom-up scopes, project schedules, resource plans, and risk & change management plans, utilizing appropriate toolsParticipate in new business RFI or RFP requests when necessaryBegin management, leadership, and effective communication trainingsContribute to proper training and onboarding processes for new team membersDemonstrate strong written and oral presentation skillsSet goals for yourself and may manage multiple direct reports to set goals and conduct regular reviewsSetting up projects and programs for success (right team, properly planned, client alignment)Keeping clients and internal teams moving in the same directionEffectively handling risk, escalating when needed, and assisting the team in resolutionContributing to the development of methodologies, standards, and best practices to streamline processes and create efficiencies for the Project Management capability and train team members when applicableQualifications We're looking for strong, impactful work experience, which typically includes:A four-year degree4-5 years of Project Management, Marketing, or related experienceMastery of small to mid-level projects (OOH, direct mail and/or email channel experience preferred)Working knowledge of enterprise tools (JIRA, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Slack, Trello)Familiarity with prompt-based interaction and commonly used generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Google Gemini, DALL·E, Midjourney) is a plus, especially for tasks like ideation, research, or content generationYou are the right person if you:Demonstrate grit and extreme ownershipExude positivityAren't afraid to share your ideasMeet problems head-on and view them as opportunitiesAre self-reliant and motivatedCommunicate fearlesslyAdditional information:Our Publicis Groupe motto "Viva La Différence" means we're better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger.
