Our company is expanding, and we are looking for a Bilingual (English - Spanish) Office Assistant - Front Desk (On Site) who can provide a welcoming and positive experience for our clients and visitors. We are looking to hire someone who wants to be a part of and can contribute to the growth of our firm.

MINIMUN QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Agility to navigate at a fast pace with a positive attitude and aptitude.
  • Have a minimum of (2) years of work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar customer service-oriented tasks and responsibilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office equipment

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.

  • Bilingual, English and Spanish

  • Efficient and Productive Clients management: Friendly, warm and assertive communication with clients, to correctly and efficiently handle their requests, following the policies and procedures of communication with the client.

  • Efficient and Assertive Communication: Assertive communication with whole team, to ensure the correct handling of requests from clients and other departments.

  • High quality administrative and financial tasks: Manage efficiently calls, evidence received, calendars, meetings, service tickets and payments.

  • Excellent Client Experience: Maintain a clean and organized reception area, provide meals, snacks and souvenirs to make client’s visit a pleasant experience.

Meet Individual goals and contribute to meeting Firm goals, therefore must work well independently and with a team.
