This position is predominantly remote, allowing flexibility to manage your work-life balance. While serving clients in an outpatient setting, you will have the opportunity to leverage technology to deliver high-quality therapy via telehealth, connecting with individuals from the comfort of their homes. We adopt a hybrid work model that combines in-person meetings with remote therapy sessions, ensuring that our therapists have the support and resources they need to excel.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, utilizing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and collaboratively develop goal-oriented treatment plans that align with their unique challenges.

• Facilitate therapeutic groups as appropriate, focusing on topics such as communication skills, emotional regulation, and coping strategies.

• Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation in compliance with all state regulations and organizational policies, ensuring a timely update of client records.

• Engage actively in weekly case consultations and interdisciplinary team meetings, providing insights and fostering collaboration with fellow professionals.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs sponsored by the clinic to enhance your skills and stay updated on the latest best practices in therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base, including individuals, couples, and families facing a variety of mental health challenges. Your therapeutic approach will cater to clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and more. By providing culturally competent care, you will ensure that every client feels understood and respected, which is key to establishing a successful therapeutic relationship.

Qualifications\n

• Active LMFT license in the state of Nevada or eligibility to obtain one within 90 days of employment.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Demonstrated clinical experience in an outpatient mental health setting is strongly preferred.

• Proficiency in delivering culturally sensitive care to a wide-ranging client demographic.

• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to make sound clinical judgments and a commitment to ethical practices in therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package. Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance for eligible employees, flexible work schedules with options for evening and weekend hours, and substantial support for Continuing Education Units (CEUs) and clinical supervision as needed. Additionally, you will receive administrative support for billing, scheduling, and electronic health records (EHR), allowing you to focus on therapy.
