Registered Nurse (RN) Adult Emergency Room

University Hospitals is looking for talented and experienced registered nurses to join our compassionate care team within our Center for Emergency Medicine. A comprehensive benefit package awaits you when you join UH, including but not limited to: competitive salary, medical/dental/vision, paid time off, flexible work schedules, retirement and pension plan, up to $6,000 sign on bonus for Full Time New Hire Employees, free parking for part time and full time employees, and additional regular compensation of $2.75 for individuals hired into regular full time and part time positions.
Position Requirements: Thorough knowledge of nursing process and practice. Uses a wide variety of technical equipment to meet patient needs and prescribed medical therapies (ie. stethoscopes, thermometers, sphygmomanometers and electronic monitoring devices. 1 year RN experience required. Education Requirements: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from accredited program preferred. Minimum of Diploma/Associate's Degree in nursing from accredited program required. License Requirements: Registered nurse with current license to practice in the state of Ohio. Current BLS Provider Certification, issued by the American Heart Association, must be obtained during Nursing Orientation.
