Technical Operations Manager

Seeking a full-time Technical Operations Manager, the successful candidate will oversee the intersection of IT, security, DevOps, and infrastructure for an AWS-native platform, ensuring reliability and compliance while leveraging AI-driven tools in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Manage AWS infrastructure, ensuring reliability, scalability, and cost-efficiency while driving CI/CD maturity and observability practices Lead information security and compliance efforts, including SOC 2 and HIPAA programs, while maintaining a strong security posture across the organization Build and lead a high-leverage technical operations team, partnering with engineering and product teams to align on infrastructure needs and operational KPIs Required qualifications 5+ years in technical operations, DevOps, infrastructure, or security leadership roles, with at least 2 years of people management experience Deep hands-on experience with AWS services, including IAM, networking, and serverless architecture Direct experience with security compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 and HIPAA, including participation in audits Strong expertise in infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD practices Experience in regulated environments like healthcare, fintech, or insurance is highly desirable
