Bowery Meat Company Steak House is looking for experienced BOH candidates.

We seek a full-time line cook for sauté and hot apps to join our team!

Ideal candidates will have:

• A minimum of two years of experience working as a line cook in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.

• Experience in all meal periods.

• A passion for food and a strong work ethic

• Possess DOH certification - Plus.

• Team player who respects the facility, its equipment, and fellow staff members

• Must be able to work at night and on weekends

• Compensation is based on experience

Duties:

• Work the line for service

• Keep a clean and organized workstation

• Make sure the station is appropriately stocked for the shift

• Maintain all necessary parts

• Follow prep sheets, fire sheets, and station sheets

• Prep and execution of food items.

• Abide by and uphold company policies, standards, and state sanitation/health regulations.

• Ensure and maintain safe and secure working conditions/environment, and ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen facilities and equipment.

* Hourly: $18/hr - $24/hr depending on experience.
