Product Manager - Enterprise Data

Kforce has a client in Columbia, MO that is seeking a Product Manager - Enterprise Data for a hybrid/full time role. Candidates must be onsite in Columbia, MO every other week. We are seeking a Product Manager - Enterprise Data to support the execution of high-impact initiatives while enabling teams to work more efficiently and effectively. What You'll Do:

• Partner with business and technology leaders to deliver data, analytics, and AI-related initiatives
• Develop and improve operational processes that enhance productivity and support organizational goals
• Lead planning efforts, prioritize workstreams, and monitor progress against key objectives
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort through process improvements and automation
• Support managers and technical teams by removing roadblocks and improving coordination across functions
• Track performance metrics and provide insights that help inform business decisions
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and collaboration
• Bachelor's degree preferred; Advanced degree a plus
• 6+ years of experience leading programs, operations, strategic initiatives, or technology-focused projects
• Experience working with data, analytics, AI, business intelligence, or related disciplines
• Proven ability to lead teams and influence outcomes across multiple stakeholder groups
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
• Familiarity with project planning, resource management, and delivery methodologies
• Experience using project tracking and collaboration tools
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
