Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) provides clinically focused evidenced based interventions to adults with severe and persistent mental illness. Services are person centered and are delivered by a multidisciplinary team of professionals in either residential or community based settings. This individual will ideally have lived experience as a caretaker for an adult or youth experiencing severe mental health and/or substance use disorders. Responsibilities: Provide in-home and community-based support to youth, adults, and families assisting parents and caregivers Collaborate with the ACCS team and families to offer in-person and telephonic support, referrals, and linkage to services Support parents and caregivers through advocacy, skill-building, and navigation of mental health, educational, and community systems Ensure all services are culturally and linguistically appropriate while promoting strengths-based, person-centered, and recovery-oriented care Assist families with treatment and safety planning, crisis intervention, and connecting to local, state, and federal resources Qualifications: Requires a High school diploma or equivalent Lived Experience with adults or youth with mental illness Valid Massachusetts drivers license Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm Hourly Rate: $22.77 - $22.77 USD At Eliot, we are committed to supporting you at every stage of your career, providing opportunities for growth, purpose, and community.
