Software Engineer, Agent (Spanish)

Salary: $211,000 - 251,000 per year Requirements:

• We are looking for experience building and scaling end-to-end production systems.

• We want a builders mindset with high agency and the ability to find creative ways around obstacles and ship work.
• We need comfort working directly with customers to understand needs and solve real-world problems.
• We expect excellent communication skills, with clear, direct, and persuasive delivery across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bonus: experience building or deploying AI/LLM systems in production.
• Bonus: founder or founding engineer experience, with an understanding of balancing craftsmanship, ownership, and speed.
• Bonus: familiarity with AI agent tools such as eval frameworks, agent tooling, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering.
• Bonus: prior experience with React, TypeScript, and/or Go.
• Bonus: previous roles interfacing with customers or leading technical projects with external stakeholders.

• We design and ship production-grade AI agents that are highly performant, reliable, and intuitive.
• We own the full Agent Development Life Cycle, from pilot through deployment and ongoing iteration.
• We build, tune, and evolve AI agents in production while helping define best practices for ADLC.
• We work directly with enterprise leaders and high-growth startups to understand business challenges and create AI agents that improve operations at scale.
• We use customer feedback to shape our core platform, identify unmet needs, prototype new tools and features, and collaborate with research, product, and platform teams.
• We contribute to example use cases such as churn reduction, customer interaction automation, industry-specific frameworks, design partnerships for new product initiatives, and large-scale voice model experimentation.
