A client of Insight Global is seeking a dynamic Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment across multiple business functions, with a focus on high-volume hourly, skilled trades, and non-exempt roles. This role involves developing and executing strategic hiring initiatives to attract top talent and support organizational growth. The position partners closely with HR and business leaders to align recruiting efforts with workforce planning while delivering a best-in-class candidate experience. Pay Rate: $35 - $45/hr
