Under the general supervision of the DAS/HRE Benefits Bureau, you will collaborate with the Leave Administration team to deliver essential FMLA and other leave services to approximately 19,000 state agency employees.
Location and hours:
This is a hybrid position based in downtown Des Moines, IA. You'll have the flexibility to work from our office as well as remotely. The position follows a Monday to Friday schedule, 40 hours per week.
