Bilingual Account Manager

Position Summary Under the direction of the Corpcare Services management team, the Account Manger is responsible for performing general maintenance, grounds, and laundry services and manage of staff of almost thirty people. This position is for those who have excellent administrative skills and experience working in a corporate setting. You will need to attend weekly management meetings, deliver daily and weekly reports as well as train your staff on protocol and supersede our clients expectations. Essential Functions Maintenance Services Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, inspections, and janitorial services as assigned Assist with maintenance of storage area and maintenance materials Perform daily and weekly reports Order supplies and maintain the supply chain order Walk the property daily to ensure all areas are well maintained and client satisfaction is guaranteed Notify client of any safety concerns and participate in safety meetings Responsible for knowledge of property specific and experience with route plans Perform other duties as required Knowledgeable of floors and how to maintain floors Customer Service Carry out maintenance aspects according the clients guidelines, including scheduling staff and vendors, ordering new supplies, and workin0g with the onsite client on other necessary improvements Complete all work orders accordance with company standards Available for weekend work, on-call duties, and after-hours emergency service requests, 24 hours per day, 7 days per week as scheduled May occasionally be required to assist in daily cleaning Run errands to support the property as necessary (not often required) however if in inclement weather you will be asked to drive employees from side of the site to the other Qualifications SKILLS & ABILITIES Education: High school diploma or equivalent; sufficient knowledge to thoroughly complete maintenance assessment up to the standard of a Account Manager Experience: At least 3-4 years of maintenance experience Technical Skills: Computer proficiency preferred; Office 365 and excellent communication skills including writing a proper email Other Requirements: Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15 Negotiable Benefits: Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday On call #J-18808-Ljbffr ICES: Data, Discovery, Better Health
