As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated and results-driven Home Health Care Sales Professional to join our team and help us expand our reach across Cook, Lake, Will, McHenry, and DuPage Counties. Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Home Health Care Sales Professional to generate new business and build relationships with clients, families, and referral partners. This is a commission-based role, offering unlimited earning potential for individuals who excel at sales and have a passion for making a difference in their community. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the home health care market across Chicago and surrounding counties. Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, including hospitals, senior living communities, physicians, social workers, and community organizations. Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to educate potential clients and referral partners about our services. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure a seamless transition for new clients. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities. Requirements: Proven experience in sales, preferably in home health care, senior care, or a related industry. Strong understanding of the home health care market in Chicago and surrounding counties (Cook, Lake, Will, McHenry, DuPage). Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
