Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients, determining eligibility for care, diagnosing mental health conditions when necessary, and evaluating treatment effectiveness using recognized tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM).

• Develop and implement individualized care plans that reflect a deep understanding of cultural diversity and the unique needs of our patient population.

• Regularly monitor and assess patient progress, adapting treatment interventions and strategies to enhance outcomes while providing empathetic support throughout the therapeutic journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
