This is an outstanding opportunity for a Big 4-trained tax professional with experience in private equity or real estate partnerships to move into the buy-side and be part of a dynamic, people-first firm. Competitive compensation – up to $185K base salary with a total package of ~$220K. Responsibilities Support tax compliance and reporting for multiple private equity funds and investment vehicles. Review partnership allocations, K-1s, and quarterly estimates. Coordinate with external tax advisors and service providers. Partner with the finance team on tax planning, structuring, and special projects. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and international tax regulations. Provide technical expertise on partnership taxation matters impacting fund structures and investors. Qualifications 5–8 years of relevant tax experience, with a background in public accounting (Big 4 or equivalent). Strong technical knowledge of partnership tax, particularly in private equity or real estate. CPA or advanced degree (MST/JD/LLM) preferred but not required. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams. Desire to transition from public accounting into a buy-side role with better balance and culture.
