Contract Manager

We are seeking a highly capable and detail-oriented Contract Manager to support Prosegur's U.S. and Canada sales and business development processes across our hybrid security model. This role will play a critical part in reviewing, redlining, and negotiating client and vendor contracts, ensuring alignment with legal compliance requirements. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of commercial contracting within service-based environments, with the ability to operate effectively across multiple business lines and stakeholders. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that partners closely with operations and the sales team to support growth, compliance, and client retention. Job Duties and Responsibilities Contract Management Review, redline and negotiate a high volume of client contracts, amendments, renewals across all Prosegur service lines Identify and elevate contractual risks, including liability exposure, indemnification, insurance requirements Ensure adherence to compliance requirements, including where applicable: appropriate corporate compliance terms and risk allocation align contractual terms with operational capabilities Manage, organize and electronically archive legal documents Cross-Functional Partnership Work closely with sales and business development teams to support contract review workflow and meet deadlines Partner with operations to ensure contracts align with pricing and scope of work provisions Drive consistency in contract language, terms, and approval workflows Assist in developing scalable processes to support rapid growth and multi-site client expansion Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Business, or related field 3+ years of experience in contract administration, procurement, or commercial contracting Experience supporting service-based or operationally complex organizations Strong working knowledge of contract structures, legal terminology, and risk allocation principles Part-Time - 4 hours / day, Monday – Friday, during business hours Preferred Experience within security services, technology services, or facilities management Exposure to multi-state or multi-site service operations Core Competencies Ability to analyze and interpret complex contractual language Understands operational impact of contract terms across multiple service lines Professional written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage high volume while maintaining accuracy and compliance Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment High organization, detailed planning and deadline driven Knowledge of software tools-programs (Microsoft Office tools, Artificial Intelligence, Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, Adobe) #J-18808-Ljbffr
