AssemblerVolt is immediately hiring Assembler in Knoxville, TN 37932As an Assembler, you will:Assemble electronic and mechanical components using detailed work instructions, blueprints, schematics, engineering drawings, and specifications.Review production orders and manufacturing instructions to ensure accurate execution of customer requirements.Verify material availability and accuracy before beginning assembly operations.Process manufacturing work orders and maintain accurate production records within enterprise systems.Perform product configuration, loading, functional testing, continuity testing, and quality inspections.Complete internal wiring, cable routing, wire termination, and light mechanical assembly activities.Execute picking, packing, shipping, and receiving activities in accordance with company procedures.Maintain inventory accuracy through stocking, labeling, cycle counts, and physical inventory audits.This is a Full-time/ Contract, opportunity.The ideal candidate will have:5+ years of experience in electronic, electromechanical, or industrial product assembly/manufacturing.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.Experience with wiring, cable termination, continuity testing, and product configuration.Knowledge of inventory, receiving, stocking, packing, and shipping processes.Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and communication skills.High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.Pay Range: $21.00 to $24.88 per hour*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.Benefits: Volt offers benefits (based on eligibility) that include the following: health, dental, vision, term life, short term disability, AD&D, 401(k), Sick time, and other types of paid leaves (as required by law), Employee Assistance Program (EAP).Volt is an Equal Opportunity Employer and prohibits any kind of unlawful discrimination and harassment.
