Providers can expect approximately 40 patients per shift , supported by two Medical Assistants and dedicated office staff. Given the expected volume and staffing model, this opportunity is best suited for an experienced Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine FNP rather than a new graduate or provider accustomed to a lower-volume clinic environment. Clinical Scope Providers should be comfortable independently evaluating and treating the typical spectrum of outpatient Urgent Care presentations, including acute illnesses, minor injuries, and other episodic care appropriate for an Urgent Care setting. The role requires efficient assessment, clinical decision-making, treatment, disposition, and documentation while maintaining patient flow across approximately 40 visits per shift.
