Position Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in PreK-12 education setting (preferred)
• Experience in customer service (preferred)
• Bilingual ( English and Spanish ) is preferred.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be an Oklahoma Resident
• Must work from the DVA Tulsa office Monday-Friday 7:30 am to 4:00 pm

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Understands and supports the mission, vision, and values of DOVE Schools.
• Maintains Principal’s calendar and appointment scheduling.
  
• Receiving and answering phone calls along with texts to the business phone
• Following office workflow procedures for ensuring maximum efficiency
• Regularly monitors parent and student satisfaction with the school to raise retention rates.
• Supports schools and districts to manage communication systems for enrollment and admission.
• Manages lottery systems.
  
• Receives and routes all incoming mail to the appropriate individuals. 
  
• Performs other duties as assigned.
  Skills and Abilities:
• Ability to communicate effectively in both written and oral forms with all levels of management, both internal and external to the district.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships both internal and external to the district.
• Ability to use computer including software, database used by the district, spreadsheet and word processing software, calculator, copy machine, and telephone.
  Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
• Light Work: may require occasional light lifting.
• Nights and weekend activities will be occasionally required.
• Moderate travel is required.
