Marketing Analytics Manager

Lead insight generation and research consultation for the agency and advertiser client Support development of research strategy and ad effectiveness measurement across client campaigns Inform in-flight campaign optimizations and build higher-level learnings for future planning Apply proprietary ad effectiveness and measurement tools and third-party vendor solutions to determine advertising impact on client business Align client strategic communications needs with media planning, buying, performance measurement and media optimization Manage data ETL across paid search, display media, websites, social media, advertising campaigns, offline media, brand sales and brand equity data sources Generate supported insights explaining media metrics and data trends Analyze data to uncover media and marketing communications opportunities that generate business results Create reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders Ensure data accuracy across the team Evaluate paid campaign advertising effectiveness and performance Support creation and communication of KPIs, research studies and measurement plans Apply syndicated and proprietary research tools for agency and client stakeholders Requirements 3+ years of experience in data reporting, analytics or ad research Understanding of measurement resources across media planning and placement Experience in written and verbal client presentations for analytic results, recommendations, POVs or predictions Experience developing marketing insights that advance reporting and client deliverables Understanding of data operating models, key media metrics, KPIs and industry standard data sources, including databases, DCM and Google Analytics Understanding of current state-of-the-industry norms, tools and innovations Inductive and deductive reasoning skills Understanding of research fundamentals such as sample sizes, methodology and respondent weighting Demonstrated commitment to accuracy and strict QA processes Strong proficiency in Microsoft suite products, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, including PivotTables and complex formulae Solid understanding of visualization tools, SQL, Python, Google Analytics and Campaign Manager (DCM) preferred AdTech tools, MarTech platforms, and databases including AWS, SQL Server and Snowflake preferred Experience in media research/analytics within an agency preferred Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in data reporting, analytics, and ad research, with a strong focus on developing marketing insights and evaluating advertising effectiveness. Proficient in utilizing measurement tools and methodologies to inform campaign optimizations and strategic communications.
