Channel Marketing Manager

Support development and implementation of integrated, multi-channel marketing strategies aligned with growth objectives Design and execute marketing plans supporting key client segments and distribution priorities Support development of client segmentation and audience targeting strategies using insights and analytics Support and/or lead integrated marketing programs across the client lifecycle Collaborate with sales teams, client-facing partners, and internal stakeholders Lead select cross-functional marketing initiatives across Digital, Events, Content, Creative, Analytics, and other partners Manage campaign and program performance and identify optimization opportunities Refine campaigns and programs using performance data, client feedback, and market insights Champion innovative tools, technologies, and ways of working Manage and prioritize a dynamic portfolio of initiatives Ensure sales teams have relevant, timely, and effective marketing resources Ensure marketing activities comply with applicable regulatory requirements in partnership with Compliance Requirements Bachelor’s degree required 6+ years of experience in asset management or financial services marketing Working knowledge of intermediary, institutional, and/or advisor client segments Experience supporting and executing integrated marketing programs across digital, content, events, paid media, and sales enablement channels Experience collaborating with sales teams and internal stakeholders Experience leveraging data, marketing technology, automation, and analytics Demonstrated interest in applying innovative tools, including AI Understanding of client engagement strategies and investment decision-making processes Knowledge of investment products such as Models, Alternatives, Municipals, SMAs, and ETFs preferred Strong digital marketing, campaign management, project management, and performance measurement capabilities Familiarity with marketing and project management platforms such as Smartsheet and Seismic Agile marketing experience desirable Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, collaboration, stakeholder management, and project/program management capabilities Commitment to PIMCO’s CORE values and continuous learning Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies within the asset management or financial services sector, leveraging data and innovative tools to optimize campaign performance and client engagement.
