Ecommerce Manager

We are looking for a full time, in person Ecommerce Manager to manage and grow our Shopify ecommerce business. This role is for someone who understands the full ecommerce ecosystem, from managing Shopify and customer experience to email marketing, paid advertising, analytics, and improving overall store performance. Responsibilities Manage day to day Shopify operations, products, promotions, collections, and website updates Monitor sales, conversion rate, AOV, retention, and overall store performance Manage and optimize Klaviyo email and SMS campaigns, flows, and customer segments Use Triple Whale and Lifetimely to analyze performance, attribution, LTV, CAC, and profitability Help manage and optimize Meta and Google advertising campaigns Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and increase revenue Coordinate promotions, product launches, discounts, and ecommerce campaigns Manage ecommerce customer support, including order issues, returns, refunds, and customer inquiries Monitor customer feedback and identify recurring issues Prepare regular performance reports and recommendations Work directly with our marketing and creative team on campaigns and promotions What We're Looking For Triple Whale experience Meta Ads and Google Ads knowledge Ecommerce analytics and reporting experience Understanding of AOV, CAC, LTV, ROAS, conversion rate, and customer retention Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities Position Full Time In Person We're looking for someone who can take ownership of our ecommerce operations, understand the numbers behind the business, and actively find opportunities to improve sales, retention, and the overall customer experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr Mad Labs
