Accounts Payable Clerk

We are looking for an Office Accounts Payable Clerk to join our Business Office Team. This position requires honesty, ethical conduct, attention to detail, and thoroughness in completing tasks. The Accounts Payable Clerk will assist with maintaining general office functions and clerical duties. Assist Finance Department in the following duties File and retrieve corporate documents Scan, enter, and attach bills to QuickBooks as directed by the Controller Verify accuracy of incoming bills Pay incoming bills Complete all filing and other clerical duties as assigned Perform any and all other duties as assigned Experience A minimum of 2 to 5 years of bookkeeping experience is preferred QuickBooks Desktop knowledge is preferred Strong knowledge of general office procedures is required Strong work ethic and team player High degree of professionalism and ability to handle confidential material sensitively Strong interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written The responsibilities and qualifications outlined in this job description provide an overview of the typical tasks and requirements for this position.
