We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support customers with care, accuracy, and professionalism in San Francisco, California. This Contract position is ideal for someone who can create a helpful experience on every interaction while keeping work organized and moving efficiently. The right person will balance strong phone-based service with attention to detail so customer requests and applications are handled correctly the first time.

Responsibilities:
• Assist customers by phone with clear, courteous guidance that helps them understand next steps without feeling pressured.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to address questions, resolve issues, and provide timely updates on requests or applications.
• Complete order entry and related customer records with a high level of accuracy to reduce follow-up corrections.
• Review submitted information carefully and gather complete responses so items can be processed successfully on the initial pass whenever possible.
• Monitor open and pending cases closely, following up as needed to keep applications and service requests from remaining unresolved.
• Maintain dependable attendance and consistent availability during scheduled queue coverage hours.
• Respond constructively to coaching and quality feedback, adjusting approach quickly when performance concerns are identified.
• Support service operations by documenting interactions thoroughly and escalating more complex customer concerns when appropriate.• Prior experience in call center customer service or a similar customer-facing support role.
• Ability to manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
• Experience with customer service processes, including documenting interactions and resolving routine issues.
• Comfortable performing order entry and updating records with close attention to detail.
• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to explain information clearly and patiently.
• Reliable attendance and the ability to remain consistently engaged during assigned working hours.
• Coachable mindset and willingness to apply feedback to improve service quality and performance.
