Patient Care Coordinator

Position Overview Randolph Center for Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, P.A. in Randolph, NJ is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our busy specialty practice. Responsibilities Welcoming patients to the dental office. Maintaining accurate patient records. Answering all incoming calls and redirecting them or keeping messages. Checking, sorting and forwarding emails. Keeping records and files updated. Keeping the front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary materials (pens, forms, paper, etc.). Traveling to additional locations as needed. Assisting or coordinating other office responsibilities as required. Qualifications No experience required – willing to train the right person. Familiarity with office machines (e.g., fax, printer). Strong communication and people skills. Good organizational and multi‑tasking abilities. Problem‑solving skills. Customer service orientation.
