We are currently seeking CNC Turning Operator, with the below qualifications: 2nd Shift: Monday- Friday, 3:00pm- 11:00pm Professional Attributes Run/Operate the CNC lathe Coordinate/review all inspection of finished blocks internally (In-Machine) and with quality department as needed Problem solving for all turning related tasks as needed All turning paperwork organized at program completion Maintain and advise lead of all needed repairs on the machinery Ensure all scheduled operations/tasks are complete Work to the department workload schedule Update the schedule as tasks are completed or their status changed Mark as ready for the next operation in the next department if applicable Make suggestions for equipment, software, training, and resources that would make the department more efficient Responsible for Department Housekeeping, Cleanliness, and Organization as required Desired Skills and Experience High School Diploma or equivalency required Technical degree preferred but not required General machining experience preferred Strong mechanical aptitude required Organizational abilities for work, self, and department Proven ability to work in a team environment Effective communication skills both written and verbal Ability to operate all equipment in the department.
