As the lead nurse in the health office, you'll be central to student wellness while working independently and as an integral part of a supportive, collegial team. The position also provides a wonderful chance to grow professionally within an engaged educational community.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) with PEL endorsement for Certified School Nurse; more than just an RN license is required
• Currently enrolled CSN students are welcome to apply
• Comfortable with electronic health systems and documentation
• Strong independence and initiative, balanced by a collaborative, team-focused approach
• Flexibility and dependability are essential
• Experience as a CSN and/or bilingual Spanish-speaking skills are highly advantageous

Responsibilities:

• Manage the health office and provide day-to-day medical support for students and staff
• Complete medical reviews and participate actively in IEP and 504 processes
• Utilize and maintain accurate electronic health records
• Support students’ personal care needs as part of a shared team responsibility
• Provide consistent, reliable attendance throughout the contracted school year

Compensation for this role ranges from $85–$98 per hour, based on years of CSN experience and bilingual skills.
