Operations Processing Specialist I

Location Irving, TX | Onsite

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

• $22.00/hour

• 8-hour shifts between 7:00 AM–7:00 PM, Monday–Friday (flexibility required; possible OT)

ROLE IMPACT: This entry-level role plays a critical part in establishing and maintaining client financial accounts across a variety of investment products. As a key operations team member, you’ll ensure the accurate processing of client data and transfers, directly supporting business growth and client satisfaction in a fast-paced financial services environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Learn and perform data entry, account setup, and transaction processing

• Review incoming documentation for accuracy and routing

• Assist with internal case tracking in the client relationship system

• Process transfers and disbursements for brokerage, advisory, and annuity accounts

• Support account changes and workflow adherence across departments

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma

• 1–2 years of experience with transaction processing or administrative tasks

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage repetitive workflows

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS

• Microsoft Excel

• Microsoft Outlook

• Internal CRM system

• Document routing tools

• Data entry applications

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Service orientation with strong active listening and client support mindset

• Coachable, adaptable, and eager to learn new processes

• Strong written and verbal comprehension skills

PRE-EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS
