Horsham Center is seeking an experienced and compassionate Human Resources Director (HRD) to join our team. As a leader in long-term care, we are dedicated to providing a person-centered approach to care and a friendly atmosphere for our residents. The Director of Human Resources will play a vital role in shaping the employee experience and fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective human resources strategies to support the organization's goals and objectives
• Manage and lead a team of HR professionals to provide exceptional service to employees and management
• Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
• Collaborate with department heads to develop and implement policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and laws
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with employees, management, and the community
• Analyze and interpret HR metrics and provide actionable recommendations to leadership

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Organizational Psychology, or a related field strongly preferred.
• Experience: 2 to 4 years of proven experience as HR Director
• Communication: Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to build rapport with employees
• Knowledge: Familiarity with employment laws and CMS SNF/LTCF regulations
