Toll Brothers, America's leading luxury home builder, is seeking a Employee Relations Manager to join our Human Resources team in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania.What is the opportunity?The Employee Relations (ER) Manager is responsible for facilitation and management of employee relations for designated regions and departments. They will oversee several functional areas including: employee relations, performance management, off-boarding, company compliance, and fostering positive employee relations.What are the primary responsibilities? Builds partnerships with all levels of employees from individuals to teams, from entry-level to executive leadershipCoaches and advises staff on solving problems and implementing resolutions for performance management challenges; provides guidance on corrective actions, corporate policy interpretation, and other workplace human resources challengesProvides guidance, coaching and support to managers on employee relations matters, conflict resolution and offboarding.Presents and trains on HR-related content and curriculum – either through corporate instruction-led trainings, small group facilitated dialogues, or through one-on-one mentoring sessionsAdvises on employment actions to ensure legal compliance with applicable regulations, and provides guidance on policies, procedures, and complianceConducts investigations and maintains thorough documentation of workplace complaints and allegations such as discrimination, harassment, retaliation, hostile work environment, and policy violations; provides recommendations for appropriate resolution based on findings.Assists in the development of new HR initiatives and projects as needed. This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the nation's most respected Fortune 500 companies!

Does this describe you?Ability to independently handle employee relations issues and concernsHigh level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentationStrong knowledge of employment law and best practicesStrong problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making skillsStrong conflict resolution and mediation skills to address and resolve employee grievances and conflictsAbility to influence others and build trust at all levels of the organizationOrganization and time management skills to handle multiple cases and prioritize work effectively.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentStrong attention to detail in composing and proofing materials, establishing priorities, and meeting deadlinesExcellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to maintain a high level on confidentialityDemonstrated Human Resources expertise, relationship management and ethical practice.Do you have these qualifications?Essential:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience8+ years working professionally in Human Resources or a related roleDemonstrated ability to handle high level, serious, and complex employee relations mattersExtensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and ability to efficiently utilize HRIS & HR related applicationsWork in office 3-days per week.
