Job Title: Accounts Payable Analyst
Location: Fort Atkinson, WI
Pay Range: $29/HR-$31/HR (Based on Experience & Qualifications)

Brilliant Financial Staffing has been engaged in the search for an  Accounts Payable Analyst with our client located in Fort Atkinson, WI. Our client is a large, growing food manufacturing organization looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Analyst to provide support to their accounting team on a 3-6 month contract basis, expected to last through the end of the year . This role will focus on invoice processing, AP research, purchase order resolution, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

 

Accounts Payable Analyst Responsibilities:

 

• Process 100+ invoices per day
• Enter invoices and validate PO information
• Research AP issues and follow through to payment
• Research and resolve open purchase orders
• Monitor open PO reports using Excel
• Identify and correct lines on purchase orders
• Prepare and distribute recurring reports
• Complete daily R&M reports and analysis
• Prepare and distribute inventory reports

 

Qualifications:

• Prior accounts payable, accounting, or related experience preferred
• Must be comfortable working in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with VLOOKUPs and pivot tables preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• SAP experience is a nice-to-have
• Manufacturing industry experience is a plus
