The nurses and therapists doing the visits depend on someone back at the office keeping things moving — intake coming in clean, schedules covered, phones answered, and nothing falling through the cracks. Our staff volunteers with Meals on Wheels, we host monthly Veteran-to-Veteran coffees through our hospice program, and we show up for this city the same way we show up for our patients.
