Clinical Quality Improvement ManagerProvide administrative management and oversight and coordination of clinical continuous quality improvement aligning with federal and state regulations to improve employee compliance, patient safety, strategic outcomes, and transformative care.Responsibilities:Responsible for setting the long-term vision and developing clinical strategic initiatives. They define both short- and long-term objectives, ensuring the organization's activities align with its overarching mission and business goals.Supervise clinical managers (Practice Management Administrator, Director of Nursing and Director of Population Health Management), providing leadership and driving operational efficiency.Work closely with clinical management to develop and implement workflows and business strategies across clinical support operations.Responsible for ensuring regular compliance with (HRSA/OSHA), improving quality driving and partnering with the Chief Medical Officer and Director of Nursing to deliver care to underserved populations.Track and analyze patient outcomes to maintain high standards of care metrics, provider production andOversee the development care protocols, evaluate patient outcomes and ensure program aligns with accreditation standards and practices.Enforce strict adherence to healthcare laws, facility safety guidelines, and clinical documentation standards.Serve as the Co-lead for Clinical Quality Improvement Committee to actively supervise Quality Improvement programs including tracking clinical quality measures, PDSA for efficiency and patient experience.Ensures Director of Nursing maintains good standing with VFC requirements, and medication management. Reviews vaccine orders prior to placement ensuring accurateResponsible for tracking key outcomes for the organizational strategic plan. Serve as the lead in managing and communicating the timelines for the organization's strategic initiatives and sustainable growth development goals, and provide Quarterly tracking (April, August, and December) of strategic benchmarks and accomplishments presented in written reports and dashboards.Co-lead the agency's CQIC and Value Based Committees to track the agency's clinical progression and compliance with Managed Care Contracts in accordance with federal regulations for FTCA, OSHA, and PCMH. Provide a written summation of key findings, support materials, and recommendations to the CEO.Tracking key performance indicators and impact minimizes the agency's exposure to liability, adherence with standing practice, and federal regulations and guidelines, referral data, and impact on patient care.Present quarterly at the Board's Quality Improvement Committee (QIC) a summary of approved policies, PDSAs, Quarterly Risk Assessments, and clinical measures.Work with key team members to develop and track actionable measures for compliance, data points, and reporting for federal reporting (quarterly and annually).Responsible for the tracking, compliance, and the completion of FTCA Deeming Application, submission of UDS Report, PCMH Quarterly reporting, and annual submission. Co-lead for pre-audit preparation for the HRSA Operational Site Visit.Work closely with the Medical Director and the Clinical Care Team to ensure adherence of clinical programs to applicable standards of funding, licensing, and accrediting agencies.Monitors changes in applicable laws, regulations, and certifications, and ensures compliance with clinical programs.Work with Practice Administrator to review practice management templates by specialty to ensure patient access and to achieve productivity benchmarks.Review and revise clinical quality standing practice and protocol to ensure compliance with federal regulations and accrediting bodies (PCMH, FTCA, and HRSA).Co-lead HRSA Site Visit preparation to ensure the agency responds accordingly to theAssist with formalizing the organization's strategic plan and lead in managing and communicating the timelines for the organization's strategic initiatives and sustainable growth development goals.Participate in monthly Committee Meetings and report on key performance indicators and outcomes.Serve on external community task forces and committees.Attend the monthly agency meeting.Other duties assigned.Minimum of an Advanced Degree in Health Administration, Public Health, or Business Administration is preferred. A minimum of five years of health care experience, preferably working in a federally qualified health care setting. At least five years or more of experience in strategic planning, quality compliance, clinical management, and evidence-based practices related to clinical information systems. Proven track record in development of performance indicators and data analytics. Must exhibit a result oriented, data driven management style to motivate, manage, and engage others to operate at an optimal level. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to be a change agent. Proven and successful ability to work with teams across health care/business to maximize the impact of the overall industry. Effort.
