Location: Corporate Office in Cherry Creek, 100% IN OFFICE, Denver, CODepartment: Human ResourcesReports To: VP of Human ResourcesPosition OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated HR Generalist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes full ownership of their work. This role is ideal for a self-starter and problem solver with exceptional attention to detail and strong follow-through, who can manage administrative, recruitment, and broad HR generalist responsibilities with increasing autonomy and complexity.This individual must be proactive, highly organized, and capable of taking initiative to lead projects from high-level concept through detailed execution, often with limited supervision. The ideal candidate anticipates needs, identifies opportunities for improvement, and drives solutions independently while supporting associates and leadership across the full associate lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesHR Generalist FunctionsCoordinate associate questions related to HR policies, benefits, and proceduresAdminister daily Paycom HRIS system needs, updates, and reportingCoordinate workers’ compensation reportingProvide support and knowledge transfer to field managers with onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with I-9 and E-VerifySupport benefits administration and HRIS data integrityAssist with associate relations by gathering information and documenting outcomesGenerate reports and track HR metrics to prepare monthly dashboard reportingAssist with coordinating associate eventsTrack and monitor HR and Payroll Department initiatives for strategic planning and reportingProvides back up support for Payroll function and typically may run 2-4 semimonthly payrolls independently throughout the yearRecruitment & Talent AcquisitionManage the daily administrative Paycom ATS including job postings, sourcing, out of the box recruitment strategies and background screening, there is minimal selection, interview coordination, and onboarding rolesPartner with hiring managers to define role requirementsMaintain and optimize recruiting workflowsEnsure a strong candidate experienceExecution & Process OwnershipIndependently manage multiple priorities with accountability and urgencyEnsure high accuracy and attention to detail across all tasksTake ownership of projects from concept through implementationIdentify process inefficiencies and implement improvementsProblem-solve and execute solutions with minimal directionQualifications3–5+ years of HR Generalist and/or recruiting experienceExperience in full-cycle recruitment and HR operationsAbility to manage multiple projects from concept through executionStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExceptional attention to detailSelf-starter with ownership mindsetStrong problem-solving skillsKnowledge of employment laws and HR best practicesExperience with HRIS/ATS systems (Paycom preferred)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsWhat We’re Looking ForTakes initiative without waiting for directionIdentifies problems and drives solutionsCan take projects from concept to detailed executionEnsures nothing falls through the cracksValues accuracy, organization, and accountabilityEnjoys both people-facing and operational HR workEqual Employment Opportunity & Hiring PracticesWho We AreAt Pauls Collective Dream Living our mission is to Recognize Opportunity, Unlock Value, and Deliver Strong Performance.
