Senior Data Converter Architect - Lead High-Res AFE & IP

Renesas Electronics Corporation is seeking a Senior Data Converter Architect to lead the development of high‑resolution data converter IP and integrate it into the CAD portfolio. You will mentor design teams and drive NPI execution with product managers to improve performance and reduce development cost.
The ideal candidate has a strong track record in high‑accuracy AFE/ADC/DAC design, with 1uV voltage accuracy, ENOB 16‑bit+, and 100 MSPS+ data rates in a mixed‑signal environment.
