Indegene, Inc. has openings for Senior Director - Strategic Solutions in Princeton, NJ: Job Title: Senior Director - Strategic Solutions Job Duration: 40 Hours / Week, Permanent position, Full time Job Duties: Lead enterprise sales cycles from opportunity identification through deal closure, driving digital transformation initiatives aligned to client needs. Partner with cross-functional teams across sales, R&D, consulting, and enterprise solutions to design and deliver scalable, client-centric strategies. Convert large transformation opportunities into long-term partnerships by developing strong business cases, commercial models, and strategic proposals, and by negotiating contracts that meet client objectives. Apply a consultative selling approach by conducting gap assessments, due diligence, and developing solution roadmaps. Represent the organization in executive discussions, proposal defences, and workshops, articulating clear, value-driven solutions. Collaborate with subject matter experts and technical teams to build robust digital platforms that support healthcare transformation. Coordinate across geographically distributed teams to ensure alignment on deal structuring, pricing, and delivery. Contribute to internal growth by sharing market insights, promoting knowledge exchange, and supporting innovation in service capabilities. Mentor junior team members and support team development through coaching and feedback. Provide input into strategic planning based on client engagement insights and industry trends. Stay informed on developments in healthcare technology and commercial landscapes. Manage client financials, including revenue forecasting, profitability analysis, and contract performance. Job Requirements: Education: Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Information Technology, Analytics, Management Information Systems, Engineering (any), or a related field. Experience: At least 1 year of experience in the job offered, Engagement Manager, Marketing Consultant, Product Manager, or a related position Additional Requirements: Strong experience in enterprise sales and digital transformation. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams. Strong consultative selling, bus.iness development, and client relationship management skills. Experience developing strategic proposals, business cases, and commercial models.
