The Opportunity
Client-focused: Be the face of our company for commercial clients (HOA, Industrial & multi-family), ensuring top-tier landscaping and exceptional service.
Team Leader: Manage a seasoned landscape team, fostering a positive work environment and promoting high performance.
Growth Track: Build your enhancement sales skills, opening doors to future leadership and earning potential as a branch manager.
Key Responsibilities
Exceed Client Expectations: Build strong relationships, conduct site visits, address needs, and ensure quality control.
Motivate Your Team: Guide, develop, and ensure the success of your long-tenured landscape crew.
Enhancement Sales: Expand your expertise to drive additional revenue.
Administrative Support: Maintain records and client communication in Aspire Lite.
You Have
2+ Years Experience: In commercial landscape account management or operations.
Client-centric mindset: Proven dedication to customer satisfaction.
Strong Leadership: Ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent Communication: In English, Spanish fluency is a plus.
Ambition: Desire to learn, grow, and become a Branch Manager.
