EXPERIENCED MOWING CREW LEADER

$17-$25/HR | FULL-TIME | COMMERCIAL MOWING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Lightning Lawn & Landscape, part of ACE Outdoor Services, is hiring an Experienced Mowing Crew Leader for our South Lyon/Brighton branch.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can lead commercial and residential mowing crews, maintain quality, and keep daily production moving safely and efficiently.

ZERO-TURN MOWER OPERATING EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead commercial and residential mowing crews

• Oversee mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, and cleanup

• Inspect completed work and correct quality issues before leaving each property

• Keep crews organized, productive, and on schedule

• Train, coach, and support crew members

• Promote safe equipment operation and job-site practices

• Communicate with supervisors and team members daily

• Support snow and ice operations during the winter

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• Commercial lawn-maintenance and mowing experience-required

• Zero-turn mower operating experience-required

• Crew leadership experience-preferred

• Experience operating commercial mowing equipment

• Valid driver's license-required

• Reliable transportation

• Strong attendance, work ethic, and communication skills

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
