Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with Balanced Well Being LLC, you will:

• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to individual and family needs.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions with couples and families, delving into relational dynamics and issues.

• Provide individual therapy to clients, focusing on personal and emotional growth.

• Utilize evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to guide treatment.

• Document and maintain accurate records in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.

• Participate in regular team meetings and case consultations to ensure collaborative care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with individuals and families facing a variety of challenges, including but not limited to:

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications:
